This is a two-day intensive seminar. To make the most of this experience it’s in your best interest to come with an open-mind, a willingness to be honest and vulnerable, and a strong desire to create change for yourself.

Pre-Seminar Questions

  • Clarifying your goals: What would you like to change, externally, internally? 
  • How much faith do you have in yourself to reach your goals? 
  • Have you stopped yourself in the past? How?

  • The Core Self – what I am, what I am not 
  • Grounding in who I am 
  • Visualization: Phoenix Rising
